Role Overview

SL Data Services is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to support internal data workflows and day-to-day data operations.

This role focuses on working with structured real estate data, supporting data organization processes, assisting with quality control efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure data services are maintained consistently.

The Data Operations Analyst will work closely with data operations and service teams to help ensure that data is prepared, structured, and supported in alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this role include:

Supporting data organization and structuring processes
Assisting with routine data operations and internal workflows
Reviewing data for consistency and alignment with internal standards
Supporting documentation of data processes and procedures
Collaborating with internal teams to address data-related inquiries
Helping maintain organized, well-structured datasets used in business environments

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

1–3 years of experience working in data operations, data coordination, or a related analytical or operational role
Hands-on experience working with structured datasets, spreadsheets, or database-driven systems
Familiarity with data organization tasks such as formatting, normalization, validation, and consistency checks
Experience following documented processes, standard operating procedures, or internal data guidelines
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately within repeatable, process-driven workflows
Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues or questions
Clear written communication skills, including the ability to document processes or summarize findings
Proficiency with common productivity and data tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets; experience with internal tools or databases is a plus)
Prior experience in real estate data, information research, or data services is beneficial but not required
